Firstly, you breath in until your stomach fully filled with air; by singing "A" vowel exhaling with the air immediately push it with your diaphragm(at this point of time, your stomach will feel a bit tension) to create a loud and clear voice, try to make it firm and longer, the longer you make, the harder it is. 5 to 10 mins practice per day to see the results in a weeks time(depend on individual physical strength).
Problem you might face when ongoing with the practice.
- When you feel your voice like shaky and unstable when you push it with your diaphragm, you try breath in more air until your stomach fully filled with air from the starting point.
- When you notice that your throat are extremely stressful while you singing out, your problem is that you did not utilize your diaphragm to push your voice instead of using your throat.
