Take a deep breathe, releasing the air slowly and gently vibrating your voice box by pronounce "A" (low pitch to high pitch and high pitch to low pitch simultaneously), the bubbly likes sound is the correct practice, repeat the same exercise for 10 minutes per day.
You may feel like stupid while you are practicing, but trust me, this definitely helps a lot. Remember! practice makes perfect!
