"Chest voice" is obviously relating to our chest part, it's like when someone listen to music with the sub woofer on. So, chest voice = sub woofer. I believe that most of the people are more likely listen to a music with sub woofer instead of without one.

Share 显而易见的，最近都忙于其他事业，没能好好在此留言甚至录新歌上载到这儿。近日天气真的有点不太合作的，忽冷忽热，搞得我身边很多朋友甚至亲人都不舒服。还请大家好好照顾自己的健康哦。


有个小小的健康习惯建议给大家（公开的秘密哦），这是我个人经验过来的作息。

• 每早起身，先别刷牙，倒一杯温/凉盐水饮下，饮下盐水能对肠胃有清除排毒效果，也是让身体有充分的“开启”对营养的吸收能力，从而就没那么容易引起身体发热。
• 盐水与我们早晨起来的口水拥有清肠效果。
• 每天做适当的跑步与有氧运动，增强新陈代谢及免御系统。
