I've read a books called "Rich Dad Poor Dad" which inspiring me the most in term of my mindset and vision. I'd like to share some of the theory inside.

I've read a books called "Rich Dad Poor Dad" which inspiring me the most in term of my mindset and vision. I'd like to share some of the theory inside.

E, S, B and I.

"E" stand for Employee, "S" stand for Self employed, "B"stand for Business and "I" stand for Investor.

I've been working at overseas for 7 years, in RICH DAD theory is in Employees Quadrant. Well, for employee quadrant, what do they look for? A Benefits from their employer. What kind of benefits do they ask?

• Allowances such as OT(overtime)
• Annual Leaves(the more the better)
• Sick leaves(the more the better)
• Bonuses
• Wages

In this Quadrant, you can see that they are sacrifice their precious time for their employer. All they want is a tiny salary to achieve their "Assets". This is their mindsets :

• Buy House (Long-term liabilities) which they think is their asset.
• Buy Car(Long-term Liabilities)which they think is their asset.
• Buy "Doodad"(Expense on new Gadgets or somethings that attract them which increase their liabilities)

Obviously, This is not the quadrants that I want to stay.

Self employment Quadrants, That is where most of the peoples are in now, Doing their own business, establishing their own corporation. This is difference from Employee Quadrant, They do not have to "punch card" everyday because they are their own Boss. These are the peoples who are mostly a PERFECTIONIST. They want all their things stay in good position all the time, thus they are more focus on all the small issues instead of the Big issues. So, In this case, the more they earn, the more taxes they have to bear.

The disadvantage for this quadrant is "Once they sick and collapse, their income stop."

This is the Quadrant that I'm in at the moment. I'm focusing on my corporation concepts and system now. So, to make sure I do not have to work in the system forever.  My next targets is to get to the Business Quadrants. To do so, I have to work out a workable system to make it happen.

Business Quadrant, This is the quadrants that's less peoples are in. Business owner like INTEL, DELL, Microsofts, Mc Donald & Starbucks etc...This Quadrants offered you freedom because you do not have to work in the system everyday. You can do a lot of things that you love. Does it sound great? You have your own TEAM. Your own Manager that manage your company and etc...

Investor Quadrant, This is the Quadrant that most of the millionaires were in, such as Real Estate investors, Business investors. They bought a lot of properties that generates wealth for them. Instead of working for money; money work for them.

This is one of my goals.
