The basic exercise

Above all, wanna sing out a great voice and tone, exercise is the basic thing that we need to do daily.



For example: jogging, swimming, yoga is the best for our lungs, for me, I preferred jogging. Most of the people know this facts, how many of them do it? well, you are not alone since you are here to read this.


I have a very easy breathing techniques that could help you extend your lung capacities. Firstly, you breathe in deeply, and produce a "SS" sound until your diaphragm contracted completely. This can help your lung capacity. So, in order to have a good voice and tone, do this regularly with an appropriate outdoor exercise like jogging or swimming. It's depend on individual.


A lot of peoples often feel that why they can't sing out with confidence, this is one of the main reason, they didn't do an exercise regularly, hence, their air is not enough to sing even a simple song. So, if you are one of them, you should try on the above method i stated. Remember, practice makes perfect. Good luck and enjoy practice.
