To keep a good condition before a performance/gigs.

Today I'm gonna tell you how to maintain a good and clear voice before any performance and gigs.



As a vocalist, you all know that having a scratchy sound or cracky sounds are so bad, that we can't do it right as expected.  So, in order to make nice or sounds good before every gigs; here's few tips:

  • Do not drink coffee or tea(with milk) before performance - this may resulting to the dryness of the throat and cause cracky sound.
  • Drink room temperature water to maintain the clearing of the throat - maintain the voice of your very own.
  • Stay far away from the fried food - this may result in the sound strain and cause stress to the throat.
  • Do not drink alcoholic liquid - cause hot and extreme dryness to the throat.
  • you may chew sugarless minty chewing gums - to keep the wetness to the throat.  
  • Drink honey juice or mix well with tea(without milk and sugarless) - to keep the throat well and soothing the throat. 
The above stated points are pretty easy to follow and this is the guidance i could give you, hope could give you a helping hand throughput your career and wish you all the best to your performances. Remember!practice makes perfect!:)
